Layout of the Site
There will be a terrace of 4 two bed houses at the south end with the flats at the north end. The shared gardens and Common House will be in the middle.
Two-bed houses: Terrace A
South facing is towards the River Lune. We have increased the size from our initial floor plans so as to accommodate extra storage space.
The Flats: Terrace B
The flats will consist of 4 two bed flats (one of the two bed flats can be converted to a large one bed flat) (two bed flats will be ground and first floor) with 12 one bed flats in between (three levels). Due to new fire regulations we are unable to include a mezzanine level on the top floor one bedroom flats.
